  • Analyse Power BI reports, other internal tools used to manage advertising data
  • Analyse survey data, Track survey progress and performance metrics, identifying any issues or deviations and make sure they are met by SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Follow the quality control procedures to maintain high standards of data integrity
  • Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to address and resolve fieldwork-related challenges
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Preferred Qualifications :
    • 1 – 4 year of experience in QA Support or Tech support
    • Bachelor’s degree in Technical field or MBA
